Builders Risk Insurance is a specialized type of property insurance designed for buildings under construction. This policy is built for the course of construction for a new project. The policy starts on the effective date and ends when the project is completed and ready for occupancy.
No Two polices are alike as each construction project is different. In most cases, business risk insurance will cover property losses due to fire, explosions, theft, and vandalism.
